As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, babyletto.com.au will remain open online and for showroom appointments. We have implemented updated health and safety measures and are committed to making you feel at ease
during this time. 

Stock

Over 90+% of our stock is produced in Taiwan. As the exclusive Australian importer of Babyletto we have strong stock levels in our warehouses for all of our nursery furniture products and at this stage future orders are still on track to meet production and delivery schedules. Warehouse

Our awesome Babyletto Australia team will continue to send out your packages with love and care. New health and hygiene standards have been implemented in the warehouse and for dispatching your packages.

Delivery

Our freight carriers have introduced their own COVID-19 procedures. Please refer to their individual websites for carrier specific protocols. The main point is to protect their drivers, so going forward all deliveries are now to be ‘Contactless Delivery’ explained as the threshold of property / front door. They will bring the goods to your front door and take a photo of the goods then leave the goods. As such they will not require a signature to help enforce social distancing.

Melbourne Showroom Appointments

We are prioritising the safety and health of our staff and customers and ask that you refrain from making an appointment if you are feeling unwell, as the well-being of other customers visiting us is of paramount importance.

Shipping times quoted include:

  • 1-4 business days where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment when in stock
  • Orders received by 10AM AEST may ship the same business day
  • Orders received after 10AM may ship the next business day
  • Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse 

    Delivery & Shipping

    What do your delivery fees cover?

    Our delivery fees are calculated for delivery into the immediate metropolitan zone per state. For example greater Sydney for NSW. Our delivery charges do not include delivery to rural areas, please contact us for a specific freight quote if you live in a rural area. We reserve the right to request additional delivery charges or refund your order.

    Our delivery fee covers all postage, freight charges, packaging and handling for the FIRST delivery attempt by our freight carriers. We use a variety of non-exclusive carriers including Australia Post, TNT, TOLL, Hunter Express and Fusion Freight among others. From time to time we may use other carriers not listed. All of our carriers offer a 'Threshold' delivery service, which means delivery to the front door or garage of premises. We currently don't offer a delivery and installation service.

    It is important to make sure you have selected a delivery address where the goods can be received in person during normal business hours of Monday to Friday and 9am to 5:30pm, as the goods won't be left unattended unless authorised. It is often best to use a business address for our deliveries, as someone is often available to receive and sign for the goods on your behalf, if you are not available.

    If the delivery driver is missed, you will need to use the card supplied by the freight carrier to arrange collection of the goods from their depot or LPO.

    If you require a RE-DELIVERY option a $45 additional re-delivery fee may apply per consignment. This is not a charge we benefit from, the fees are on-charged from the individual freight carriers to us. The re-delivery fee will be on-forwarded to release the goods for a second delivery attempt. This re-delivery fee is per attempt, i.e. if you book in and pay for a second delivery but miss the SECOND attempt then an additional re-delivery fee may apply.

    How are your freight charges calculated?

    The combination of the number of cartons, weight and dimensions or your order and your postcode will determine the freight carrier we use and therefore the freight charge applied to your transaction.

    Do you ship internationally?

    No sorry, international shipping is not available.

    Do you have a Click and Collect option?

    Yes you can avoid the freight charges by selecting the click and collect option at the checkout and then making an appointment to collect via info@babyletto.com.au

    For Click & Collect orders or to view the Babyletto display cots by appointment at our office / warehouse, our normal collection hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3pm.

    Tracking

    An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

    Cancelling or Modifying orders

    We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse.

    If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 – 12 business days to reflect on your statements.

    Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.

    Note that we can't redirect orders once they already on their way to you. Please check that your order and shipping address are correct when placing your order.
